Lane, Roger
From: Herro, Richard <RHerro @publichealthmdc.com>
Sent: Thursday,January 21, 2016 10:30 AM
To: 'ddoskocil @starkhomes.com'
Cc: Lane, Roger; Schroeckenthaler, Scott; Hausbeck,John
Subject: 2059 Rinden Road
Attachments: rch2.pdf
TO: Dana Doskocil, Stark Company Realtors
RE: 2059 Rinden Road, Parcel Number 0611-112-8500-9, Pleasant Springs-Section 11.
ME: Yesterday, 1-20-2016, I was at this referenced property, owned by Stephen Champagne,to verify the removal of
plumbing and disconnection to the septic system from the accessory building, known as the"Man-Shed". See attached
site plan. This building has a well located north of it, but there is no water connection into the building. The bathtub,
sink, toilet and interior plumbing piping has been removed as observed by me. The building sewer connection from the
building to the existing septic system located to the south has been disconnected and the pipe filled with concrete,as
observed by me.
Apparently the owner is in the process to rezone this property and separate the buildings. The house, located on the
north portion of the site is served by its own septic system. The building located farthest south is a shop/office type
building with its own septic system. The sewer pipe from the 'Man-Shed" used to be connected to this system, but it is
now disconnected. The "Man-Shed" is located in between these other buildings.
620: 4 C. er►t. —
Richard C. Herro, R.S.
