It is leasing that <br /> property to SDC Drywall, Inc. SDC Drywall, Inc. is a contractor engaged in the business of <br /> the installation of drywall and insulation. The principals of both Champagne and <br /> Champagne, LLC and SDC Drywall, Inc. are Steve and Mike Champagne. <br /> Prior to the purchase of the Koshkonong Road property, we confirmed with county <br /> staff that the contracting business of SDC Drywall, Inc. fit within the LC-1 (limited <br /> commercial) zoning district. All permits, including zoning permits, issued to SDC Drywall, <br /> Inc. were issued with that understanding. <br /> Under the LC-1 zoning classification, zoning staff has opined that only one LC-1 <br /> business can be operated from that site. In that regard, please be advised that the sole <br /> business located at that site is SDC Drywall, Inc. Unfortunately, our client, SDC Drywall, <br /> Inc., did label one of its doors SDC Insulation, Inc. To clear up that confusion, we are in the <br /> process of amending the Articles of Incorporation to name the corporate entity SDC Drywall <br /> & Insulation, Inc. We have also directed our client to remove the word Inc. both from the <br /> sign saying SDC Drywall, Inc. and the sign saying SDC Insulation, Inc. <br />
