• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO.8911 <br /> rending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Christiana. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of <br /> Christiana be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 8911 <br /> Part of the SE 114 of the SE 114 Section 32,Town of Christiana described as follows: Beginning at the <br /> Northeast corner of the SE 114 of the SE 114; thence S02°32'42"West along the East line of said 114114 300 <br /> feet;thence S89°01'59"West 300 feet; thence NO2°32'42" East 300 feet to the North line to said 114114; thence <br /> N89°01'59" East along said North line, 300 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following condi t ions. <br /> CERTIFI SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for <br /> apps o\ :Ind recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, <br /> a cent i I,.'t I survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of <br /> Deeds. to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
