The property delineated is otherwise known as being <br /> located in the NE 1A of the SW 1/4 of Section 7,Township 6N.,Range 8E.,Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin. <br /> We have reviewed the wetland delineation report provided and concur that the <br /> wetland boundaries on the property have been established in accordance with the 1987 <br /> Corps of Engineers wetland delineation manual. This wetland delineation shall remain <br /> valid for a period of five years from the date of this letter,unless new information <br /> warrants revision of the delineation before the expiration date. <br /> The delineated wetland is part of the tributary system of the Rock River(via <br /> unnamed tributary to the Sugar River and the Pecatonica River),a navigable water of the <br /> United States. Therefore,the delineated wetland is subject to Corps of Engineers <br /> jurisdiction pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act. It is recommended that the <br /> delineated wetland boundaries be identified on any development plans prepared for this <br /> property. <br /> If you have any questions,contact Rebecca Gruber in our Waukesha office at <br /> (262) 547-4171.
