A site inspection was conducted on June <br /> 10, 2014 and was observed that the project has not been completed. <br /> Dane County Zoning permits shall expire one year from the date of issuance if <br /> construction is not started within that time and will expire if construction once <br /> started does not diligently proceed to completion within two years of starting time. <br /> This letter serves as notice that permit DCPZP2009-0077 expired on June 10, <br /> 2014. If you still plan on completing this project please contact me no later than <br /> one week from the date of this letter.
