Shore <br /> Urban Erosion Control Analyst <br /> RE: Pacetti Driveway—Erosion Control Permit,EC2008-0154 <br /> The submitted erosion control plan meets the needs of the site and includes the following requirements: <br /> 1. The site may only be accessed off Range Trail Road using a stone tracking pad. The pad will be <br /> a minimum of 50`1 x 12'w x 12"d and be constructed of 3"clear stone. No other site access may <br /> be used and material deposited in the road will be cleaned up at the end of each workday. <br /> 2. Silt fence must be installed prior to grading at locations shown on the plan.The silt fence must be <br /> maintained until the site is stabilized. <br /> 3. Culvert outfalls must be protected with stone weepers as shown on the plan. <br /> 4. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. No material storage,vehicle traffic or <br /> grading may occur in the areas identified as"undisturbed"or"vegetated buffer"on the plan. In <br /> the event any of these areas are disturbed,additional erosion control measures will be required. <br /> 5. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows: <br /> Grading and construction is scheduled to begin on August 4,2008. <br /> All disturbed areas must be seeded and mulched by October 15,2008. <br /> The construction site will follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County <br /> Land Conservation. This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the plan(October <br /> 15,2008)and may be amended prior to permit expiration only. This review is for the erosion control <br /> requirements of Chapter 14,Dane County Code of Ordinances only. Other approvals may be necessary. <br /> The applicant must obtain a permit card from the Land Conservation counter and display it on the <br /> site prior to disturbing ground.
