The plan includes the following requirements: 1. The site will only be accessed off Brookview Court using a stone tracking pad. The pad must be a minimum of 30' long x 20' wide x 12" deep and be constructed of 3-inch clear stone. No other site access may be used and any material deposited in the road will be cleaned up at the end of each workday. 2. Silt fence must be installed prior to grading in the locations shown on the plan and where deemed necessary. The silt fence must be maintained until the site is vegetated and stabilized. 3. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. No material storage, vehicle traffic or grading may occur in the areas identified as "undisturbed" or "vegetated buffer" on the plan. In the event any of these areas are disturbed, additional erosion control measures will be required. 4. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows: Grading and construction is scheduled to begin upon receipt of all required permits. All disturbed areas must be restored with permanent seed and mulch by July 28, 2009. The construction site will follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County Land Conservation. This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the plan (July 28,2009) and may be amended prior to permit expiration only.
