The property would be used to <br /> store and maintain Dump Trucks and Construction Equipment used in my trucking <br /> and snow removal business. <br /> If the property is purchased a storage and maintenance building would be built <br /> sometime during 1992. <br /> If the property is purchased a new home would be built adjacent to the property which <br /> I am requesting the zoning change for. <br /> The remainder of the land would be farmed as it always has been. <br />
