ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5137 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PRIMROSE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the C-2 <br /> Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5137: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 27, Town of Primrose described as follows: <br /> Commencing South quarter corner of said Section 27, thence North along the <br /> North-South quarter line 1040.26 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continue North along said North-South quarter line 216.01 feet; thence N 86° <br /> 33' 39' East 371.04 feet; thence S 08° 54' 45" West 284.02 feet; thence West to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A.
