RESTRICTIONS <br /> 1. WHEREAS, is/are <br /> the owner/s of the following described land in the Town of <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 27, Town of Primrose described as follows: <br /> Commencing South quarter corner of said Section 27, thence North along the <br /> North-South quarter line 1040.26 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continue North along said North-South quarter line 216.01 feet; thence N 86° <br /> 33' 39' East 371.04 feet; thence S 08° 54' 45" West 284.02 feet; thence West <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits passing to and <br /> from the owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the <br /> parties named as beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following <br /> restrictions are hereby imposed: <br /> A. Use of the C-2 area shall be limited to a recycling center. <br /> B. All materials for recycling shall be stored inside an enclosed <br /> building. <br /> These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and <br /> shall be binding upon all parties now owning any part of said land, their <br /> successors, heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, <br /> pursuant to paragraphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are <br /> amended or terminated. <br /> 545-57(9/90) DEED RESTR <br />
