ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5142 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MAZOMANIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> and RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5142: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 36, Town of Mazomanie described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 36; thence S 00° <br /> 20' 31" West, along the East line of said NE 1/4, 1321.92 feet to the Southeast <br /> corner of said NE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence S 89° 46' 39" West, along said South line <br /> of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4, 525 feet; thence North 1105 feet; thence West 390 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. TO RH-2: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said <br /> Section 36; thence S 00° 20' 31" West along the East line of said NE 1/4, <br /> 1321.92 feet to the Southeast corner of said NE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence S 89° 46' <br /> 39" West, along said South line of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4, 525 feet; thence North <br /> 550 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
