At that time <br /> the committee was unable to recommend passage to the Town <br /> Board because of several concerns. They are <br /> 1 . The map Mr. Kirch presented did not give enough <br /> detail to allow the committee to determine whether the <br /> proposed rezoning falls under the guidelines set in the town <br /> land plan manual . <br /> 2. The acreage figures were not correct on the ordinal <br /> application to Dane County. <br /> 3. A question whether the property is in a sanitary <br /> district. <br /> 4. The commitee would like to see soil borings and <br /> proof that a legal septic system can be installed. <br /> When these above concerns are addressed , the committee will <br /> then make their recommendation to the board.
