Dane County Zoning Permit 2005-0712 History: <br /> Date Activity <br /> 06/27/2005 Zoning permit for a `single family residence with no deck' was <br /> issued to Jennifer Sipple, agent for property owner Roger Endres Jr <br /> for a home on Depot Street, Section 29, in the Town of Windsor. <br /> 10/3/2005 Address assigned at time zoning permit was issued was changed <br /> from 6802 Depot Street to 6806 Depot Street due to a duplication <br /> of addresses. <br /> 10/6/2005 A location survey was submitted to the Zoning Department as a <br /> requirement of the 1st zoning inspection. The survey did not <br /> indicate an attached deck at the time of the survey. <br /> 08/4/2006 A certificate of compliance was printed and enclosed in the paper <br /> file for permit #2005-0712 for a"new single-family residence—no <br /> deck"by Inspector Russell L Bartlett, however there was no <br /> indication in the electronic permit tracking system that a certificate <br /> of compliance had been issued. <br /> 08/14/2008 During a routine inspection by inspectors Hans Hilbert and Charlie <br /> Steinhauer to verify that permit 2005-0712 for a single family <br /> residence with no deck was completed, so it could be"closed out" <br /> properly in the electronic permit tracking system, it was observed <br /> that in addition to a single family residence, a deck had been <br /> constructed. <br /> 08/15/2008 A zoning permit search for a deck at 6806 Depot Street had no <br /> results. This indicated that the deck had potentially been build <br /> without the owner obtaining a zoning permit. <br /> 08/15/2008 A notice of potential zoning violation was sent by mail to the <br /> current owners of the residence, Timothy and Tori Frye, at 6806 <br /> Depot Street, Windsor, WI. The notice instructed the owners to <br /> obtain a zoning permit for the deck within 14 days. <br /> 08/29/2008 A permit for the deck had not been issued. <br /> 12/8/2008 A final notice of potential zoning violation was sent by mail to <br /> Timothy and Tori Frye at 6806 Depot Street, Windsor, WI. The <br /> notice instructed the owners to obtain a zoning permit for the deck <br /> at the residence with in 14 days. The notice indicated that failure <br /> to comply with the deadline would result in citations being issued. <br />
