It was observed that a deck <br /> had been constructed at the residence,however a deck was not included on the permit. <br /> Under Dane County Code of Ordinance section 10.25,persons are require to obtain a zoning permit prior to erecting <br /> any structure or altering any existing structure. <br /> This letter serves as notice that your property at 6806 Depot Street is in violation of the ordinance. You were <br /> previously notified by mail with a letter dated 08/15/08.
