Please <br /> hold this in abeyance at the County level until further correspondence <br /> is received at the Town of Windsor. <br /> Zoning petition # 5117/Lloyd Manthe: Approved by the Town Board with <br /> the conditions that it only be used for the current plumbing contractor <br /> supplies, construct driveway to the building and have adequate signing <br /> for directing delivery trucks. This parcel to revert back to Al zoning <br /> upon termination of lease with current plumbing contractor. <br /> Zoning petition # 5119/CUP #946/Howard Lowe: Denied by the Town Board. <br /> Telephone discussion with the county zoning department on 8-27-91 <br /> indicated the petition was denied at the county due to the fact Mr. Lowe <br /> did not appear at the scheduled public hearing. Town residents appeared <br /> at the Town meeting on September 5, 1991 in opposition to the zoning <br /> change. <br /> Zoning petition # 5114/Dorleen Hammon: Denied by the Town Board as per <br /> the recommendation of the Town Plan Commission. Zoning petition denied <br /> on the basis that the zoning class requested is not compatible with the <br /> R1 zoned property in the immediate area, in addition five parcels that <br /> board Mr. Hananons property are zoned Rl. A petition with 27 signatures <br /> was presented to the Town Board in opposition to the zoning change from <br /> Rl to R3A. <br />
