ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5145 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DANE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dane be amended to include in the A-2(1) <br /> Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5145: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 27 and NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 34, Town of Dane <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 34; <br /> thence N 87° 03' 52" East along the North line of asid NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section <br /> 34, 155.52 feet to a point on the East line of Lot #1, Certified Survey Map <br /> #1168; thence N 00° 55' 36" West along said East line 121.09 feet; thence N 89° <br /> 04' 23" East, 220.00 feet; thence S 00° 55' 36" West, 251.69 feet; thence N 84° <br /> 33' 01" West, 221.36 feet; thence N 00° 55' 36" West, 106.01 feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
