ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5146 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERONA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the M-1 <br /> Industrial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5146: <br /> Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 22, Town of Verona described <br /> as follows: Thence N 00° 39' 18" East along the West line of the Northwest <br /> quarter of said Section 22, 900.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing N 00° 39' 18" East, recorded as N 01° 35' 20" West, 188.80 feet <br /> Southerly line of lands owned by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, <br /> being the former Southerly line of the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad; _ _ <br /> thence N 80° 16' 12" East, recorded as N 80° 53' East and N 80° 58' East, along <br /> said Southerly line, 10.17 feet; thence N S 00° 39' 18" West, 184.35 feet; <br /> thence S 63° 37' 32" East, 1076.73 feet to the centerline of STH 69; thence S <br /> 36° 55' 23" West, 10.17 feet to the Easterly line of C.S.M. #672 and 5917; <br /> thence N 63° 37' 32" West along said Easterly line, 1081.16 feet to West line <br /> of the Northwest quarter of said Section 22 and the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: AUG 2 ��n� <br />
