TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT <br /> REGARDING ZONING PETITION if S% 7 <br /> as amended by the applicant <br /> Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of Sun Prairie <br /> having considered said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that said <br /> petition is hereb' (Approved r sapproved). <br /> SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> (Cross out or write "none" if you do not wish to place any conditions) <br /> None <br /> (Mr. Krebs told the Town Board that he has amended his request and has <br /> eliminated the northern two proposed lots. Those two (as shown on the map) <br /> will(purchased by the adjoining property owner to the west. Therefore he is <br /> seeking rezoning tor the southern two in order to enlarge existing lots. <br /> (Use reverse side if additional space is required) . <br /> PLEASE NOTE: If the proposed rezoning is approved by the Town Board but, said <br /> rezone does not comply with the Town Land Use Plan, please list the reasons <br /> for the approval.
