ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5148 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of BERRY The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the A-B Agri-Business and A-2(4) Agriculture District the following described land: Pet. #5148: Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 25, Town of Berry described as follows: Being all of Lot 3 and Part of Lot #2 CSM #3212 more particularly described as follows: TO A-B: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot #3, CSM #3212; thence N 72° 46' 23" East, 255.82 feet; thence S 47° 20' 18" East, 472.46 feet; thence S 37° 19' 06" West, 348.23 feet; thence S 86° 56' 42" West, 175.69 feet; thence N 26° 22' 55" West, 28.76 feet; thence N 22° 06' 56" West, 298.54 feet; thence N 17° 10' 30" West, 227.19 feet to the point of beginning.
