ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5150 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SPRINGDALE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springdale be amended to include in the C-2 <br /> Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 12, Town of Springdale described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 12; thence S 89° 44'57' <br /> West, along the section line, 1324.40 feet; thence N 00° 47' 58" East, 670.21 <br /> feet to the point of beginning; thence S 88° 07' 58" West, 200.00 feet; thence <br /> East, 245.93 feet; thence S 88° 07' 58" West, 225.00 feet; thence <br /> N 00° 47' 58" E , feet; <br /> N 00° 47' 58" East, 138.22 feet; thence N 77° 27' 11" East, 436.32 feet; thence <br /> S 00° 47' 58" West, 465.10 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. Use of the property shall be limited to the manufacturing of truck <br /> trailers and general purpose trailers. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land.
