ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5151 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> COTTAGE GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the <br /> R-3A Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5151: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 7, Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South quarter of said Section 7; thence N 00° 47' <br /> 51" West, 851.60 feet, along the North-South quarter line of said Section 7, to <br /> the point of beginning of this description; thence S 85° 32' 10" West, 250 <br /> feet; thence N 00° 47' 51" West, 150.00 feet; thence N 85° 32' 10" East, 250 <br /> feet, to the North-South quarter line of said Section 7; thence S 00° 47' 51" <br /> East, 150.00, along said North-South quarter line, to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: [JUN 0 4 1992 <br />
