ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5152 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ROXBURY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5152: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 10, Town of Roxbury described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence S 89° 38' 12" <br /> East 550 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S 89° 38' 12" East, <br /> 350 feet; thence N 00° 21' 48" East, 560 feet; thence N 89° 38' 12" West, 350 <br /> feet; thence S 00° 21' 48" West, 560 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: OCT 3 i 19'11 <br />
