ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5156 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of • <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the <br /> A-2(4) Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5156: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 Section 11, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br /> TO A-2(4) : Beginning at a point on the North line of CTH BB, 1,020 feet East <br /> of the West line of said Section 11; thence North, 410 feet; thence East, 750 <br /> feet; thence South, approximately 380 feet; to a point on the right-of-way line <br /> of the highway; thence West, along the North right-of-way line to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description is intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to <br /> record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> CONDITION ON REZONE <br /> The remainder of the land from which the A-2 (4) area was divided shall not be <br /> sold to the DNR until after Dec. 31, 1991. <br /> TO A-2: Beginning at a point on the South line of CTH BB, 784.4 feet East of <br /> the West line of said Section 11; thence South 1100.8 feet; thence East <br /> 1030.47 feet; thence North 165 feet; thence East 491.99 feet; thence North <br /> 898.95 feet; to a point on the right-of-way line of the highway; thence West <br /> 604.64 feet along the South right-of-way line; thence South 181 feet; thence <br /> West 231 feet; thence North 181 feet; to a point of the right-of-way line of <br /> the highway; thence West along the right-of-way line of CTH BB to point of <br /> beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: FEB 1 U 1992 <br />
