- ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5159 <br /> • Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the RH-2 and RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5159: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 3, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: TO RH-2: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section; thence <br /> S 88° 45' West, 770 feet; thence South 330 feet; thence East 630 feet; thence N <br /> 10° East, 350 feet to the point of beginning. TO RH-3: Beginning at the <br /> Northeast corner of said Section 3; thence S 88° 45' West, 770 feet; thence S <br /> 10° West, 350.00 feet; thence West 200 feet; thence South 330 feet; thence East <br /> 1025 feet; thence N 00° 35' West 660 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: ( 1 2 1991 <br />
