This form was filed prior to my appointment as <br /> Clerk for the Township. <br /> Please be advised that I have implemented a procedure that <br /> will provide me with the Town ' s Planning Committee minutes . <br /> The minutes will provide me with more specific information <br /> which will be included on all future Town Board Action <br /> Reports .
