ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5169 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNKIRK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes and CO-1 Conservancy District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5169: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 20, Town of Dunkirk, described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 20; thence N 00° <br /> 14' 46" West, 1,310.06 feet to the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4; <br /> thence S 89° 08' 31" West, 768.64 feet to the centerline of Taylor Lane; thence <br /> N 06° 27' 00" West, 150.00 feet to the point of beginning of this description; <br /> thence N 06° 27 ' 00" West, 200.00 feet along said centerline; thence N 89° 08' <br /> 31" East, 470.84 feet; thence S 06° 27' 00" East, 200.00 feet; thence S 89° 08' <br /> 31" West, 470.84 feet to the centerline of Taylor Lane, and the point of <br /> beginning. TO CO-1: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 20; <br /> thence S 00° 14' 46" East, along the East line of said Section, 524.57 feet <br /> said line is also recorded as bearing S 00° 14' 35" East; thence N 53° 39' 00" <br /> West, 164.68 feet; thence S 45° 56' 00" West, 43.50 feet to the point of <br /> beginning of this description; thence continuing S 45° 56' 00" West, 64.71 <br /> feet; thence N 52° 34' 00" West, 185.16 feet; thence N 37° 26' 00" East, 64.00 <br /> feet; thence S 52° 34' 00" East, 194.73 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
