November 18 , 1991 <br /> Construction of a new home approximately 1500 sq. ft. <br /> Home will be energy efficient. It will be located off of <br /> County Hwy. BB, in the town of Deerfield on a township road. <br /> Hill side for the home was perked on 7-12-89. A conventional <br /> soil abxorption system can be used. <br /> The estimated time for construction will be the Spring of <br /> 1992 if all paper work is approved. <br /> The area to be rezoned is a hillside lot with 20% to 25% <br /> slope. There are no existing trees. We plan to plant the <br /> remainder of the estimated 12 acres of hillside in trees. We <br /> have already planted approximately 75 Black Walnut trees in the <br /> fall of 1990. <br /> The home that will be erected will be our own personal home. <br /> We planned to build a home here since we purchased our farm <br /> in December, 1967. <br /> Raphael R.
