The rezone area is located on Class <br /> IV soils. <br /> STAFF COMMENTS: <br /> R.P.C. — Petition 5202. The site proposed is In an agricultural preservation <br /> area of the Town of Deerfield. It Is located on less productive soils <br /> on a hillside and appears to be approvable under adopted policies. <br /> We note this is a very narrow town road. When Petition 5167 to the <br /> south was reviewed In October 1991 , the Town expressed concern over the <br /> need to Improve the road if there were more houses constructed.
