ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5203 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5203: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 32, Town of Sun Prairie described as <br /> follows: Redivision of Certified Survey Map #2746. Beginning at the Southwest <br /> corner of said Certified Survey Map; thence N 06° 39' 53" East, 249.04 feet; <br /> thence along a curve to the left with a long chord bearing S 83° 20' 07" East, <br /> 150.00 feet; thence along a curve to the left with a long chord bearing North <br /> 25 feet; thence S 83° 20' 07" East, 270 feet; thence S 02° 42' 26" West, 246 <br /> feet; thence N 87° 33' 00" West, 388.62 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: MAY i 2 1992 <br />
