ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5165 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5165: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 15, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the East quarter corner of Section 15, thence N 86° 41' 10" West <br /> 1,254 feet along the East-West quarter line of said Section 15 to the Southeast <br /> corner of Lot #2, of Certified Survey Map #6357; thence N 04° 40' 30" East 300 <br /> feet along an East line of said Lot #2; thence S 86° 41' 10" East 335 feet <br /> parallel with said East-West quarter line; thence S 04° 40' 30" West 250 feet; <br /> thence S 86° 41' 10" East 919 feet parallel with said East-West quarter line to <br /> the East line of said Section 15 also being the centerline of Dyreson Road; <br /> thence S 04° 40' 30" West 50 feet along said centerline to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br />
