ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5171 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5171: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 7, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the South quarter corner of Section 7; thence North <br /> 2675.4 feet to the center of Section 7; thence East along the center Section <br /> line to the center of Door Creek Road and the point of beginning, from the <br /> point of beginning West along the center section line 433 feet; thence South <br /> 762.3 feet; thence East 433 feet to the center of Door Creek Road, thence North <br /> along the center of Door Creek Road 762.3 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
