ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5188 <br /> • Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> COTTAGE GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the <br /> A-2(4) Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5188: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 3, Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: The South 595 more or less feet of Lot #1, CSM 3994 found in Volume <br /> 16, Page 298 of Certified Survey Maps Dane County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> Also, commencing at the Southwest corner of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 3; thence <br /> N 250 feet; thence S 88° East 41 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 01° <br /> East 170 feet; thence S88° East 210 feet; thence S 01° West 151 feet; thence S <br /> 50° East 343.6 feet; thence S 88° East 170 feet; thence S 02° West 15 feet; <br /> thence N 88° West 176.2 feet; thence N 50° West 337 feet; thence N 88° West 210 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: -Ac 2 i 1992 <br />
