ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5172 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WESTPORT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5172: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 17, Town of Westport described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot #1, CSM 2742; thence N 86° 35 ' <br /> 50" East, 20.00 feet, thence S 03° 24' 10" East, 310.00 feet; thence S 86° 35 ' <br /> 50" West 778.53 feet; thence N 03° 21' 40" West 119.27 feet; thence N 86° 35 ' <br /> 50" East, 521.52 feet; thence N 65° 06' 20" East 254.62 feet; thence N 03° 24' <br /> 10" West, 97.45 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: 0 5 1992 <br />
