"\Z-.) /1 -1//// • <br /> November 14 , 1991 <br /> William Fleck <br /> Land Regulations and Records <br /> 210 Martin Luther King Blvd. <br /> Madison, WI 53709 <br /> Dear Bill , <br /> The Board of Supervisors for the Town of Blue Mounds held a <br /> public hearing on November 11, 1991 for the purpose of rezoning <br /> property for Harry Treu, located in Section 23 and 24 in the Town <br /> of Blue Mounds. <br /> The Board is very familiar with the property in question and <br /> two of them stopped at the sites before the hearing. The two <br /> sites which were rezoned RH-2 would be serviced by the same <br /> indrive and road to the site of each home. The home sites are <br /> deed restricted to be in wooded areas with no more than one acre <br /> of each divided parcel to be used for a home site and septic <br /> system. The entire board feels with these restrictions and with <br /> only one road, there would be a very minimal amount of erosion as <br /> a result of any construction. <br /> The two parcels rezoned to RH-2 are about five acres each <br /> and both are completely wooded. There is a field road access <br /> through each parcel now, and any new home site would be the only <br /> disturbance of the property.
