However, the request for a re-zone was <br /> denied based on the fact that it would create another parcel allowing <br /> another buildable site. Re-zoning this parcel would create a new build- <br /> able site on the remaining 130+ acres. This is exactly what Dane County <br /> Zoning and the Town Plan are trying to avoid. <br /> The Town sees no reason why this parcel cannot remain as is . <br />
