ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5176 ' <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SPRINGFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the <br /> R-3A Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5176: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 33, Town of Springfield described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 33; thence West <br /> along the East-West quarter line of said Section 33, 473.06 feet; thence S 11° <br /> 06' 57" West, 94.16 feet to the centerline of Schneider Raod and the point of <br /> beginning. Thence continue S 11° 06' 57" West, 205.99 feet; thence S 88° 56' <br /> 52" West, 171.99 feet; thence N 03° 06' 15" East, 267.25 feet to the centerline <br /> of said Schneider Road; thence S 72° 39' 11" East, along said centerline 206.52 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. The described area shall not be separated from the farm parcel. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land.
