ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5178 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> COTTAGE GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the <br /> R-1 Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5178: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 6, Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of said <br /> Section 6; thence North along the East line of said Section 6, said line also <br /> being the centerline of Buss Road 557.80 feet to the point of beginning of this <br /> description; thence continuing North along said East line and centerline 293.75 <br /> feet; thence S 86° 45' West parallel to the South line of said quarter quarter <br /> 297.05 feet; thence South parallel to the East line of said quarter quarter <br /> 293.75 feet; thence N 86° 45' East parallel to the South line of said quarter <br /> quarter 297.05 feet to the East line of said Section 6 and the centerline of <br /> aid Buss Road and the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> 1 <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: MAR` 1 0 1992 <br />
