, 6 ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5179 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the RH-2 Rural Homes and C-1 Commercial. District the following described land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 Section 4, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot #1, CSM 4524 thence N 87° <br /> 01' East, 522.5 feet; thence S 00° 31' West, 187.25 feet; thence N 89° 25' West <br /> 523.45 feet; thence N 01° 15' East, 155.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO C-1: Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 4; thence N 88° 36' <br /> 30" East, 1325.20 feet to the Southwest corner of the E 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 4; <br /> thence North 1307.8 feet along the West line of the E 1/2 NW 1/4 and also <br /> centerline of Oak Road to the point of beginning. Thence continue North 153.0 <br /> feet; thence East 200.0 feet; thence South 153.0 feet; thence West 200.0 feet <br /> to the West line of the E 1/2 NW 1/4 and the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2. (b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to <br /> record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. Use of the properties shall be limited to: <br /> 1. Sales and service of lawn and garden equipment and wood burning <br /> stoves. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> TO C-1: a part of Section 4, described as follows: The North 208.7 feet of <br /> the East 208.7 feet of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section 4. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: MAR 0 2 1992 <br />
