It includes the farm buildings, house, <br /> garage, grainery, small pole shed, barn, corn bin and large pole shed. This <br /> parcel is to be rezoned to RH-2. Horses will be kept on this property. <br /> The 29.96 acre remainder of the farm is to be kept in my ownership. As it is now <br /> a substandard parcel it is to be rezoned to RH-4 by request of the Rutland Town <br /> Board. This entire parcel is farmland and will be used for the production of <br /> hay, oats and corn. No livestock will be kept on this parcel .
