FOR: Public airport EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 1/28/92 EXPIRATION DATE: SEE BELOW THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Part of the SE 1/4 Section 14 , Town of Verona described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 14 , thence S 88° 46' 58" East, 478 . 86 feet; thence N 00° 40' 35" East, 33 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot #1, CSM 4268 and the point of beginning; thence N 00° 40' 35" East, 274 . 94 feet; thence N 47° 29' 55" East, 1414 . 41 feet; thence N 48° 46' 15" East, 604 . 61 feet; thence North 286 . 40 feet; thence West, 660 feet; thence South 528 feet; thence West, 1260 feet to the East right-of-way of CTH PB; thence South along the East right-of-way of CTH PB; 1381 feet; thence S 45° East 100. 00 feet to the North line of Grandview Road; thence S 88° 16' 58" East, 408 . 86 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONS These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of this permit. THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: 1. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. 2 . That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. 3 . That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. 4 . That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other necessary site improvements will be made. 5 . That adequate measures will be taken to provide ingress and egress so designed as to minimize traffic congestion in the public streets.
