This proposed land division Is within the Kegonsa Limited <br /> Service Area in the Town of Dunn, where public sewer service Is available. <br /> The adopted town/county plan policies allow for limited residential <br /> development with a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet required. The <br /> parcels proposed appear to be compatible with those policies. <br /> There is an existing house on the proposed R-1A parcel , while the other two <br /> are vacant. The northeastern portion of the RH-2 parcel Is In the floodplain; <br /> • thus, any future house would have to be near CTH AB. <br /> The area directly north along AB Is a campground with a store.
