ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5190 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CROSS PLAINS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes and R-1 Residential. District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 11, Town of Cross Plains described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 11; thence North <br /> 1318.60 feet along the East line of Section. 11, thence West 1339.19 feet; <br /> thence S 00° 16' 12" West 384.29 feet to the point of beginning; thence along <br /> the centerline of West Birch Circle the following courses: Along a curve to <br /> the left, the radius is 152.61 feet, the long chord is S 32° 57' 52" East <br /> 167.29 feet, thence S 66° 12' East 88.62 feet, thence along a curve to the <br /> right, the radius is 281.88 feet, the long chord is S 41° 26' 30" East 236.10 <br /> feet, thence S 16° 41' East 154.75 feet, thence along a curve to the left, the <br /> radius is 225.84 feet, the long chord is S 44° 40' East 211.94 feet, thence S <br /> 72° 39' East 111.70 feet, thence S 70° 22' East 110.22 feet, thence along a <br /> curve to the right, the radius is 130.00 feet, the long chord is S 17° 47' 00" <br /> East 206.50 feet, thence S 34° 47' 58" West 1.50 feet along the centerline of <br /> North Birch Trail, thence N 88° 31' 45" West 798.94 feet, thence N 00° 16' 12" <br /> East 899.78 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO R-1: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of Section 11; thence commencing at <br /> the Southeast corner of Section 11, thence North 1318.60 feet; thence West <br /> 1339.19 feet, thence S 00° 16' 12" West 384.29 feet, thence S 32° 57 ' 52" East <br /> 167.29 feet; thence S 66° 12' East 88.62 feet, thence S 41° 26' 30" East 236.10 <br /> feet; thence S 16° 41' Esat 8.55 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 77° <br /> 47' 02" East 367.10 feet, thence S 13° 57' West 253.90 feet; thence along the <br /> centerline of West Birch Circle as follows: N 72° 39' West 111.70 feet; thence <br /> along a curve to the right, the radius is 225.84 feet, the long chord is N 44° <br /> 40' West 211.94 feet, thence N 16° 41' West 146.20 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2. (b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description is intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
