ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5186 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BRISTOL <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Bristol be amended to include in the C-1 <br /> Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 19, Town of Bristol described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 19; thence N 00° 13' 58" <br /> West, 1327.07 feet to the Northwest corner of the said SW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence N <br /> 89° 42' 02" East, 424.34 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue N 89° <br /> 42' 02" East, 145.0 feet; thence S 00° 17' 58" East, 264.0 feet; thence S 89° <br /> 42' 02" West, 145.0 feet; thence N 00° 17' 58" West, 264.0 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. Use of the property shall be limited to sales and warehousing of <br /> food processing equipment. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land.
