ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5187 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> COTTAGE GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the <br /> A-2(8) Agriculture and R-1 Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5187: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 35, Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: TO R-1: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 35; thence <br /> West 200 feet; thence South 320 feet; thence East 200 feet; thence North 320 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO A-2(8) : Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 35; thence West <br /> 200 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue West 938 feet; thence South <br /> 384.10 feet; thence East 1138 feet; thence North 66.00 feet; thence West 200 <br /> feet; thence North 320 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: FEB 2 1 1992 <br />
