THIS COMPANY WAS OWNED BY THE <br /> MANUFACTURER IN ITALY . <br /> ALL SPARE PARTS ARE SHIPPED VIA UPS SERVICE OR U. S . POSTAL <br /> SERVICE ONLY . WE DO NOT HAVE ANY WALK-IN BUSINESS . WITH THE <br /> RECENT PURCHASE OF THIS COMPANY AND THE NEW SALES CONTRACT <br /> WITH THE MANUFACTURER, WE CAN NOT AFFORD TO RENT THE <br /> BUILDING THAT THE COMPANY IS PRESENTLY LEASING. WE WILL <br /> HOWEVER BE RENTING A SMALL BUILDING FOR STORING SOME OF THE <br /> WHOLEGOODS (WHICH ARE TO PROVIDE FILL ORDERS FOR THE <br /> DISTRIBUTORS ) . THIS WAREHOUSE IS ON COMMERCIALLY ZONED LAND <br /> AND THE RENT FITS OUR BUDGET, BUT IT IS NOT PROVIDED WITH <br /> OFFICE SPACE OR BATHROOM FACILITIES . <br /> AS YOU CAN SEE BY THE ATTACHED DRAWING, WE HAVE AN AG <br /> BUILDING OF WHICH ABOUT 35% IS USED TO HOUSE SEVERALS HORSES <br /> OF WHICH WE OWN . THE OTHER SECTION OF THE BUILDING, WE WOULD <br /> LIKE TO STORE OUR PARTS AND HAVE AN OFFICE . THE ONLY <br /> MODIFICATION WOULD BE TO INSTALL A PHONE. THERE WOULD ONLY <br /> BE MY WIFE AND SISTER AND MYSELF WORKING FOR THE COMPANY . <br /> THE ONLY VEHICLE TRAFFIC WOULD BE THE UPS TRUCK ONCE A DAY . <br /> IF WE DID NOT PURCHASE THIS COMPANY, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN SOLD <br /> TO ANOTHER COMPANY ON THE WEST COAST AND WE WOULD NOT BE <br /> EMPLOYED.
