ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5193 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5193: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 29 and SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 30, Town of Sun <br /> Prairie described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said <br /> Section 30; thence South 1518 feet to the point of beginning; thence West 150 <br /> feet; thence South 650 feet; thence N 45° East along the centerline of CTH T, <br /> 858 feet; thence West, 444 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
