Repair, storage and service to all types of motor vehicles, machinery <br /> or equipment. <br /> 2. Sales or rental of used motor vehicles. A maximum of 10 for sale or <br /> rental vehicles shall be permitted on the property at any given time. <br /> 3. Sales or rental of new or used trailers and equipment of all types. <br /> 4. Manufacturing of truck trailers and general purpose trailers. <br /> 5. Rental warehousing. <br /> 6. Motor vehicles, trailers or equipment that are in a state of disrepair <br /> and, any vehicle, trailer or equipment parts shall be kept in an area <br /> that is screened from public view or inside an enclosed building. <br /> These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and shall <br /> be binding upon all parties now owning any part of said land, their successors, <br /> heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under thcm .:nle;,s, pursuant to para- <br /> graphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are amended or terminated. <br /> • - 1 - <br />
