ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5195 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> R-lA Residential and RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5195: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 3, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: <br /> TO R1-A: Part of Lots 2, 3 and 4, Certified Survey Map #4805, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 3; thence East, <br /> along the section line, 477.61 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot #2, CSM <br /> #4805 being the point of beginning thence continue East, 581.29 feet to the <br /> Northeast corner of said CSM 4805; thence S 02° 14'-3Q" West, along the East <br /> line of said CSM 4805, 283.22 feet; thence West, 570.21 feet to a point on the <br /> West line of said Lot #2; thence North, 283.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-4: Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 3 and part of Lots 2, 3 and 4 <br /> Certified Survey Map #4805, described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest <br /> corner of said Section 3; thence East, along the section line, 477.61 feet to <br /> the Northwest corner of Lot #2, CSM 4805, thence South, along the West line of <br /> said Lot #2, 228.00 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence <br /> continue South along said West line Lot #2, 55.00 feet; thence East, 570.21 <br /> feet to the East line of said CSM 4805; thence S 02° 14' 30" West, along the <br /> East line of said CSM 4805 and an extension thereof, 932.95 feet; thence S 88° <br /> 22' 05" West, 764.30 feet; thence N 02° 24' 55" East, 150.00 feet; thence S 88° <br /> 22' 05" West, 300.00 feet to the West line of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence N 02° <br /> 24' 55" East, along said West line, 868.44 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot <br /> #1, CSM 4805; thence East, 487.23 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
