• As it stands now we have an 8'X40' storage facility on the property where we store hand and power tools used in the business. We would like to erect a building to house these tools and store equipment which is covered below. The truck and trailer are now stored out of doors. Section 10. 192 (5) THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT HOLDER MAY BE RESTRICTED TO A SERVICE ORIENTED BUSINESS AND THUS PROHIBITED FROM MANUFACTURING OR ASSEMBLING PRODUCTS OR SELLING PRODUCTS ON THE PREMISES OR ANY COMBINATION THEROF. Our business is general construction on the site. We do not preassemble any of our work or manufacture any products that we use in the construction business. Section 10. 192 (6) THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MAY RESTRICT THE NUMBER AND TYPES OF MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT THE PERMIT HOLDER MAY BE ALLOWED TO BRING ON THE PREMISES. We own one 14' truck and one utility trailer that we use in the construction business. We have not had. the need for any more than this in the last 12 years of construction. Should this change we are sure that our volume and number of employees would also change making this Conditional Use Permit void and thus forcing us to find a commercial business building in a district zoned for such activity. Section 10. 192 (7) STRUCTURES USED IN THE BUSINESS SHALL BE CONSIDERED TO BE RESIDENTIAL ACCESSORY BUILDINGS AND SHALL MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCH BUILDINGS. THE DESIGN AND SIZE OF THE STRUCTURES IS SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. We would like to erect a building designed to allow us to store our truck and trailer mentioned above, along with our farming implements that we also own and are out in the weather. We own a tractor and five other pieces of equipment used for our alfalfa crop. This building would also give us a small shop area in which to repair tools, etc. The structure would be 24' X 36' in size, 14' tall at the peak of the roof, wood frame with a metal exterior, concrete floor,
