Previously described lot was rezoned from Al-EX to R1-A on 23 <br /> May 1990 to provide a residence property framparents of Jeanne <br /> C. White(Mrs. Joseph V. White) , one of the owners of farm <br /> surrounding the lot. Fire No. 756 Clarkson Road,Marshall, Wi. <br /> 3. Zoning category A/2(1) came to light recently when inquiry <br /> was made concerning size limitations on proposed pole type <br /> accessory building. It was learned there is a 12 foot median <br /> height(halfway from top of walls to peak of roof) under the <br /> R-lA zoning category whereas there is a 16 foot median height <br /> under the A/2(1) zoning category. It was also learned the <br /> A/2(1) category first became available within the past year. <br /> Since the pole type building is intended to accomodate our <br /> travel trailer with its roof-top air conditioner, along with <br /> two pick-up trucks, a passenger car, tractor and some farm <br /> equipment, it is evident the 12 foot median height limitation <br /> will not permit construction of the building size required. <br /> Thus,rezoning to A/2(1) is desired to enable us to erect a <br /> building large enough, especially in height, to house the <br /> vehicles and equipment previously described. <br /> 4.
